SUPPLEMENTAL
In addition to our core services, we provide supplementary offerings to take your project to the next level. These include pre-design phases such as programming, site analysis and feasibility studies. If needed, we also assist with navigating Conditional Use Permits (CUP), Coastal Commission approvals or Design Review Board submissions. Our services extend further to sustainability consulting, adaptive reuse planning, interior design, landscape design and post-occupancy evaluations to enhance functionality, aesthetics and environmental performance.
OTHER
We also offer a range of visual services, including 2-D and 3-D renderings, video animations, virtual walk-throughs, and physical model making.
